NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURES PATIENT #2
All on four denture patients frequently find themselves in a position like this 50 year old patient. "Major tooth loss, and I had broken off a major bridge, and I needed to do something before I had too much bone loss”, he adds. Following the conclusion of his therapy, he offered some observations that provide light on why so many other patients have expressed similar sentiments. "I eat healthier, chew my food more thoroughly, and smile a lot more. That seems to help in every situation," he replies with a chuckle. In point of fact, this patients’ good outcome has even convinced his wife to go through the same All-on-4 surgery so that she can regain lost mouth function and have her smile restored, just like Summerlin Dental Solutions was able to do for her husband.

NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURES PATIENT #3
Today she has an All on Four. "I have spent what feels like the majority of my life at various dental offices because I have always had terrible luck with my teeth. However, Dr. Cohan and her team not only put patients at ease but also demonstrate genuine concern for each individual in their care. After going through a challenging process to having an All on 4 procedure done, the staff was ecstatic and emotional with me as I was finally able to smile again. Throughout the entirety of the procedure, they were nothing but nice and honest about what needed to be done, the dangers, and even just their general practice of dental work has been the best I've had in the MANY years that I've needed dental treatment. Because of the staff at Dr. Cohan’s practice, I no longer have concerns about going to the dentist; in fact, I no longer even get worried before my appointments. I truly do not have enough kind words to express regarding the individuals that are employed here, the team and the work that they do. It is so appreciated.

NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURE PATIENT #4
When my spouse came to pick me up after the All on Four dentures were placed, I broke into the biggest smile I'd ever seen in my entire life. The moment in my life that I enjoyed the most was when he was able to witness the initial stages of what Dr. Cohan had done for me. I was able to sense that my sense of self-esteem and self-worth, as well as who I was as a person, had returned to where they had been many years earlier. Therefore, if there is anything that I would like to say, it would be that if you have lived a life similar to mine, if you have lived that life, and you're wanting to make a change, this dental implant surgery has altered my world. It has a profound impact on my life. My time spent at Summerlin Dental Solutions getting my All on Four has helped me become a far more resilient and self-assured person than I have ever been in my entire life. For that I whole heartedly thank them every day!

NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURES PATIENT #5
After our initial discussion on the All on Four, I had no doubt that Summerlin Dental Solutions and the rest of the team would be a good fit for me. The office was beautiful, and everyone on the staff was friendly and smiling as they greeted patients. After much deliberation, I chose to move forward with the all on four implants therapy. The All on Four operation itself turned out to be a lot less terrifying than I had anticipated it would be. The plan for my treatment was laid out for me in great depth and was thoroughly explained to me. On the day itself, I did not experience any pain; but, in the days that followed, I did experience some discomfort for which I need the assistance of some minor medications. It seemed like nothing was too much effort for the staff. They were very attentive and considerate When they were making my new All on Four, they took a lot of time to make sure they were flawless. I never felt rushed at any point in the process because they are absolute perfectionists. I got the impression that Dr Cohan and the rest of the team wanted the very best for me, and the quality of the treatment and the materials used were, in my opinion, of the highest standard. After a total of ten months, the All on Four treatment is now considered to be finished. I have to admit that I am considerably happier with myself, that I have regained my confidence, and that I am grinning once more. I am blessed with a young grandson who never fails to make me smile and laugh. My profession is as a hospital representative, and as part of that role, I spend a significant amount of time traveling throughout the country to meet with various individuals and give presentations to them. I am finally at the point where I don't have to give a second thought to covering up my smile when I do this, which is really all I've ever wanted to accomplish.

His self-confidence has suffered since he was a young age as a direct result of the anguish he experiences as a result of having damaged teeth. Other mishaps and injuries that he has had over the years have only served to exacerbate the issue. He had to go through a number of preliminary operations in order to be ready for the All on Four therapy, was he was not the only one who was stunned by how spectacular the results were. When his wife saw him for the first time after his mouth restoration was finished, she broke down in tears and exclaimed that his new smile was so stunning. "It's really wonderful. NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURES PATIENT #7
After eight months have passed since my All on Four surgery, I can say without a doubt that deciding to have this procedure performed was the best choice I have ever made. I can't count the number of times someone has complimented the attractiveness of my smile. In light of the fact that I have devoted a significant amount of both time and resources to the completion of this process, I have resolved to adhere to an exhaustive cleaning regimen. At least fifteen minutes of my time is devoted to utilizing a waterpik each and every morning and evening. Actually, I have purchased a total of five different waterpiks, including a cordless model, two travel sets, and two full-sized house kits, one of which I have placed in each of my bathrooms. I also make use of a toothbrush with a medium level of stiffness, which I use after the waterpik, as well as a brush with soft bristles, which I use to clean underneath the appliance. In addition to that, I use a sonicare every day in conjunction with a whitening teeth polish. In addition to all of that, I pay a lot of attention to the foods and beverages that I consume. It may seem like a lot, to take care of my All on Four and it isn't needed that you take this extensive amount of care, but considering the amount of money I paid and the amount of time I spent, I am going to do everything in my power to keep these gleaming, glossy teeth! Best decision I ever made!

NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURES PATIENT #8
I have just reached the 10 month mark following my All on Four surgery and I cannot believe how nice they look. My teeth were in seriously bad shape before this procedure. I had no molars left, and my crowns were beginning to fail rapidly. All-on-4 has been a tremendous way to address this issue. My diet is returning closer to normal. I have started eating crispy bacon, which I have missed, but I still avoid hard foods like beef jerky or popcorn. I am also completely pain free, although there was pain involved following the procedure. In particular, my tongue constantly felt sore, which made it very difficult to enjoy eating. Fortunately that has since corrected itself. The biggest problem I have now is food keeps getting trapped between my gum and lips and it’s harder to clear the area with my tongue. As a result, I basically have a waterpik with me everywhere I go. Beyond some initial discomfort and a few minor aggravations, my All on Four has been tremendous. I am especially glad that they look so natural, because I am someone who smiles all the time, and I have yet to have anyone recognize that they are not my natural teeth.

NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURES PATIENT #9
When you are doing all on four dentures it is critical, in my opinion, that you do your homework, have faith in your dentist, and have a crystal clear idea of what it is that you desire. It is also essential to have realistic expectations about how long the process will take. The first step is the actual surgical procedure, during which the implant will be placed. Make sure that you are pleased with the appearance of your new teeth when they are first inserted. Since I am content with mine, I am moving on to the second level, which is the cosmetic stage. This stage focuses on the appearance of the scar. I had thorough impressions done of my teeth, and I will be back in the following week to choose the color and shape of my new teeth. Having to make such a significant choice left me feeling a little overwhelmed, but because I have spent a lot of time thinking about how I want them to appear, I am excited to move on to the next phase now! Remember that it's your mouth and your money, so be clear about what you want before deciding to go through with this All on Four procedure, which is the most important piece of advice I can give to anyone who is considering it.

NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURES PATIENT #10
" it wasn't until last year that I finally had the All on Four denture procedure done to replace my teeth. Since I was in my early 20s, I've suffered with TMJ, and many dentists have informed me that the only way to treat it is to cap all of my teeth, which would cost $50,000. When I was younger, I simply did not have the financial resources necessary for something like that, and the dentists I went to at the time informed me that they could not guarantee that the treatment would even last given the way that I used to grind my teeth. I suppose you could say that I made a deliberate decision to put off getting new teeth until they were completely worn out, all the while harboring the hope that dental technology would advance sufficiently to meet my needs. The implant surgery was a success, and when I woke up, the acrylic fillings for the temporary teeth were already in place. My gums needed a few weeks to recover, but once they did, I had no issue eating anything I wanted to eat with my All on Four. After waiting almost nine months, I finally got my permanent zirconia implants, and I must say that they are o amazing. It's been close to a whole year, and I still don't have any problems with clenching or grinding my teeth. The one and only thing that I might do differently is to choose a whiter shade of teeth. I absolutely prefer the look and feel of the zirconia crowns over my temporary acrylic teeth. Because zirconia teeth are made to order, the patient has the opportunity to give input regarding the appearance and shade of the teeth. In either case, I am able to chew so much better than I did when I had my real teeth. The zirconia All on Four should also hold up for a longer period of time, but either option is considerably better than what I had before. I feel so normal again.

NEW ALL ON FOUR DENTURE #11
I had All on Four Dentures on my upper and lower. My Confidence Levels Have Increased Tremendously and I cannot believe it took me so long to do this! I had reached a point in my life where I was not only experiencing negative emotions but also I decided that I could no longer function normally when I was away from home. I dreaded the thought of having to continue reporting to work. I didn't want to be forced to eat in public any more, especially not in restaurants. Because the low times were so bad, it didn't make a difference whether I just stayed in my house. It was a terrible situation. It was absolutely dreadful for my grandchildren to see my teeth when I smiled and that's when you know you've hit an all-time low in your life and reach a point where you say, "I can't do this anymore." I can't. I realized that I needed to try something new, and as a result, I decided to make some changes to my teeth and have my All on Four. When I walked through the doors of Summerlin Dental Solutions, for the very first time, I knew that I had made the best possible decision. I took a seat next to Dr. Cohan, and we began the consultation. Immediately, I was able to recognize that Dr. Cohan possessed a unique talent. I had no doubt that she knew exactly how this process would turn out and the change that I would feel when completed. I had no doubt that she would restore some normalcy to my existence. I had a feeling that she was going to restore some of the self-esteem that I had lost over the course of the previous five years. Around this time last year, I was eagerly waiting for my all-on-four restorations while sitting in the lobby area of the dental office. After having my new permanent teeth for nine months, I can confidently say that I am pleased with them, especially when contrasted to the person I was before. They say good dental work can be life changing. It truly is! The elimination of my lisp, together with the independence to consume anything I like without restriction, has been a significant game-changer in my life. "It is simple to care for them, as there is not a significant difference between caring for them and a normal set of teeth. I always make sure to floss around the implants, and I really enjoy the way my teeth feel after they've been cleaned. They have an extremely silky texture. Even though it has only been nine months since I had surgery, the only time I really think about my teeth as implants is after I have seen the doctor for a checkup. Your permanent teeth have the proper alignment, and in addition, they appear and feel more natural. Consequently, the first piece of advice I have for you is to have faith in the process and to give everything a chance. If something is off with the way your teeth feel, you can always go back to the dentist to have them adjusted so that you are more at ease. In my personal experience, achieving the ideal fit required some adjustments at the office. My oral surgeon, had informed me at the outset that the temps may not be to my liking, and it turned out that she was correct. I didn't. But then she also indicated that I would adore my permanent set, and after a few months, he was right—I really did love my permanent All on Four set, and I still do. Now, I eat whenever I want, whatever I want, and am comfortable enough with myself to flash a smile whenever the occasion arises. Since my spouse says that I've changed into a different lady, my self-assurance has increased, and it's possible that I have. My only knowledge is that I am feeling much better, and I am able to unwind with the knowledge that I effectively have a full set of my permanent teeth once more. Occasionally, I tell people that those teeth are not actually mine, they don't seem to believe me, and to be completely honest, I don't go around shouting that fact from the rooftops because I want people to think that they are my own teeth. People are often complimenting my teeth, telling me how nice they are, how white they are, or how straight they are, so I really have no reason to complain with All on Four. I LOVE MY NEW TEETH!
