Dentures with permanent implants — These particular types of dentures are also known as "hybrid" or "All-on-4" implant dentures, depending on where you are and who you ask. This is because they employ a single set of artificial teeth to replace every tooth in a patient's mouth. They are essentially a hybrid that combines traditional dentures with a more streamlined design while maintaining the permanency of dental implants. These dental devices cannot be taken out of the mouth like overdentures can. There is no way to take them down once they are set up.
Surgery techniques like the All-on-4 appliance While speaking, remember to keep your smile curved, but avoid letting your "plate" touch the roof of your mouth. You don't need to be concerned about anything slipping or rubbing against them because they are firmly affixed to the implants.
